With over 12 years of experience in the tanning and beauty industry, Gwen Gildemeister, is very passionate about educating the public about the importance of "smart tanning". She also enjoys informing clients about the immense benefits of indoor tanning skincare. Gwen is a happily married mother to two, Brittany, her teenage daughter and Tyler, her toddler son.
Stephanie
Stephanie has been in the tanning industry for 7 years and couldn’t be happier joining the Havana Tan team. She loves educating her customers on the effects of safe tanning and loves to get to know the customers on a personal level. She loves building relationships with her customers because she feels it makes them feel more comfortable when coming tanning and makes them be able to trust you on your opinions on tanning and tanning products.
Stephanie loves tanning and feels it is a release of stress and relaxation, and wants her customers to feel the same way she does. Stephanie graduated from DePaul University in 2009 with a Bachelors degree in Communications which is why working at Havana Tan is a good fit for her. She also has a sister who is a member of the Havana Tan airbrushing team.
Justyne got her first tanning experience when she was 15 years old. She has been tanning and part of the industry ever since as a customer, until 2 years ago when she decided to join the team at Havana Tan. Justyne is proud to say she is an airbrush specialist and is one of the first to bring portable airbrushing to a college campus at Illinois State University, where she currently attends as a sophomore. Justyne strives to get to know each and every customer and to educate them about safe indoor tanning. Her goal is to make each visit and session outstanding for the customer.
Staci
My name is Staci. I’m a sophomore at Illinois State University where I am majoring in marketing. I’ve been working at Havana Tan for a year and a half now and I really enjoy the relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. I love making sure our customers are getting the best experience possible at the salon and leave happily with all their needs met. I’m a very sociable person so feel free to come talk to me!
Kim
With over 5 years of experience working in the tanning industry 3 of the 5 years Kim has spent working as an airbrush specialist, she strives in making every session enjoyable for the customer, making sure they feel comfortable and confident in their decision to use our portable airbrush system. We make it easier than ever to achieve an amazing and natural looking tan in a short amount of time, she has had nothing but positive feedback from every client that she has airbrushed. Kim is very much into health and fitness and currently works full time at a large corporate travel agency in the Western suburbs as well as working for Havana Tan as an airbrush specialist since October 2009.
